1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall <br /> be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of- <br /> way- Screening shall be six (6) to seven (7) feet in height. Outside storage is not <br /> permitted in front yards, street side yards, or in front of main buildings. <br /> (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][2]) <br /> h) ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown <br /> on the Site Plan: <br /> 1) The park shall be served by at least one interior road of continuous two-way <br /> circulation. Two-way roads shall be a minimum of 24 feet wide. One way roads <br /> shall be a minimum of 16 feet wide and shall originate from and terminate in a <br /> two way road. (Development Title Section 9-1040.4) <br /> i) SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title <br /> and be included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum <br /> of five (5) feet from any future right-of-way line, including any corner cut-off (snipe). <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1710.2[g]) <br /> j) AREA: Sites shall contain a minimum of 1,500 square feet with the following <br /> exception: <br /> 1) Up to thirty percent of individual sites in agricultural zones may contain a <br /> minimum of one thousand square feet, provided the average of all recreational <br /> vehicle sites in the recreational vehicle park is at least one thousand five hundred <br /> square feet. (Development Title Section 9-1040.3[a]) <br /> k) SETBACKS: Recreational vehicle sites and off-street parking spaces shall not be <br /> located within the setback areas required for main buildings in the zone in which the <br /> recreational vehicle park is located. (Development Title Section 9-1040.3(b)) <br /> I) HOOKUP FACILITIES: All sites shall provide full power, water, and sewage hookup <br /> facilities. (Development Title Section 9-1040.3[c]) <br /> m) SITE LAYOUT: All individual sites shall be designed to accommodate at least one <br /> automobile in addition to the recreational vehicle. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1040.3[e]) <br /> n) PERMANENT RESIDENCY: No permanent residency shall be permitted except for a <br /> caretaker or manager.
