DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE MEMORANDUM <br /> 8A-92-3 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> C. Lighting shall conform to the following: <br /> (1) Any outdoor lighting shall be designed to confine <br /> direct rays to the premises, with no spillover <br /> beyond the project site. <br /> (2) Any moving or flashing lighting or lighting that <br /> might confuse the motorists on State Route 99 shall <br /> be screened from the highway. <br /> d. A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on <br /> the Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on <br /> three sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth <br /> side. <br /> e. All improvements shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> The construction of on-site improvements shall conform to <br /> the approved Improvement Plan. <br /> f. No outdoor storage is permitted. <br /> g. Fencing shall conform to the following: <br /> (1) Along the freeway and the south east property line <br /> there shall be a 8-foot-high chain link fence. <br /> (2) Along the north west property line the fence shall <br /> conform to Manteca-Lathrop Fire District <br /> requirements. <br /> SSS:KA <br />
