Other requirements may also apply. <br /> These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. The proposed project appears to be covering two separate parcels. Prior to issuance of <br /> building permits,clarification will be needed to determine if development can occur or if <br /> these two parcels will be merged into one parcel. <br /> B. An addendum to the original Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study dated October 9, 2002, <br /> shall be submitted to and approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> issuance of build permits (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). <br /> The addendum shall address the following for this project: <br /> • Additional proposed employees and customers <br /> • The reconfigured layout and sewage disposal areas <br /> • The enhancement of the soil to improve denitrification of the effluent <br /> • The specifics on the proposed wastewater treatment system <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department cannot support the construction of a shell <br /> building for future leasing without definite use parameters and potential <br /> employee/customer numbers in order to adequately design sewage disposal criteria. <br /> C. Submit plans for a wastewater treatment plant(for the entire development)to the <br /> Environmental Health Department for approval. The proposed wastewater treatment plant <br /> shall incorporate denitrification of the effluent. A review fee of$465.00 is required at the <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. A Registered Engineer must <br /> design and sign the plans (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2). <br /> Pagel of 2 RM <br />
