In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over,parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). In addition,the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100%designed sewage disposal replacement area in accordance to the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards. E. The installation and construction of the wastewater treatment plant shall be done under permit and inspection with the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4). The current permit fee is $930.00. F. The applicant shall provide written confirmation from the water providers that improvements have been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements required by the agency and that the agency has or will have the capacity to serve the proposed development. Said written confirmation shall be submitted prior to the issuance of a building permit (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2). NOTE: The Environmental Health Department cannot support the use of the existing well for any potable uses based on water quality data submitted and unknown construction details. G. A certified wastewater treatment plant operator shall be required to operate the wastewater treatment plant in accordance with the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards and the San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.5(a)). H. The wastewater treatment plant shall be required to operate under an annual operating permit with the Environmental Health Department. The current fee for the operating permit is $470.00 annually. I. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region,prior to development (Water Code, Article 5, Section 13280). NOTE: Currently this condition would apply if the waste stream goes above 5,000 gallons per day discharge and does not incorporate commercial food wastes.
