In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field <br /> area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over,parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition,the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100%designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area in accordance to the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards. <br /> E. The installation and construction of the wastewater treatment plant shall be done under <br /> permit and inspection with the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4). The current permit fee is $930.00. <br /> F. The applicant shall provide written confirmation from the water providers that improvements <br /> have been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements <br /> required by the agency and that the agency has or will have the capacity to serve the proposed <br /> development. Said written confirmation shall be submitted prior to the issuance of a building <br /> permit (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2). <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department cannot support the use of the existing well for <br /> any potable uses based on water quality data submitted and unknown construction <br /> details. <br /> G. A certified wastewater treatment plant operator shall be required to operate the wastewater <br /> treatment plant in accordance with the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards and the San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.5(a)). <br /> H. The wastewater treatment plant shall be required to operate under an annual operating permit <br /> with the Environmental Health Department. The current fee for the operating permit is <br /> $470.00 annually. <br /> I. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Central Valley Region,prior to development (Water Code, Article 5, Section 13280). <br /> NOTE: Currently this condition would apply if the waste stream goes above 5,000 gallons per <br /> day discharge and does not incorporate commercial food wastes. <br />
