San Joaquin County January 03, 2006
Community Development Department
Development Services Division
1810 East Hazelton Avenue RECE/VCD
Stockton, Ca 95205
,AN 0 4 2008
Carl Smith
21600 Mondy Lane OommunityDevelopment Det.
Linden, Ca 95236
209-887-3525
Re: Project PA-0400492
We have a concern regarding the addition of three parcels on the south side of
Mondy Lane.
Storm water drainage for the existing lots located south of Mondy Lane follow the
normal slope of the terrain, which is northward towards Mondy and east toward
Fine Road.
The three proposed lots south of Mondy (lots #4, 5&6) will also drain north and
east, flooding the two existing lots.
There are not currently any drainage ditches on the lots in question- although
there is drainage ditches along both Reid and Fine Road.
On site storm water retention will be very difficult for three additional lots with a
northeast slope.
Some form of engineered drainage for excess storm water would be appropriate.
Thank you,
Carl Smith
