As you know,
we flied this appeal due to concern about several issues involving the existing, nonconforming ta w
of this project. It now appears that our biggest concern (about flood plain elevation requirements)
be
met as soon as we receive a letter from Public Works that Ben Neeley has written but I have not yet i
seen. We think there is a likelihood that the storm water issue can also be resolved by agreement
between our engineer and Public Works. Accordingly, there appears to be a good chance that we will be
able to withdraw the appeal prior to the continued hearing.
Sincerely,
William Bruegmann
Cc: Fenton Jacobs
David Dauwalder
