Mossdale Road onto our property at 96 W. Mossdale Road. As you know,we <br /> have had several meetings over the last few months, including a meeting on Wednesday,August 25, 1999 <br /> and Monday, December 27, 1999. In both meetings,we asked you to stop the discharge of wastewater <br /> onto our property. However,a visible stream of wastewater continues to flaw onto our property. <br /> 1 demand that you stop the seepage, leakage or flow of any kind onto our property immediately,and that <br /> you undertake an immediate effort,with the approval of the Health Department,to clean up the portion of <br /> our property that has been contaminated by your discharge. Please understand that we consider you to be <br /> liable for any damage or contamination that you have caused. <br /> 1 request a written reply to this leiter by February 20, 2000.
