Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Submit three (3) sets of food facility plans to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD) for review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California <br /> Retail Food Code, Article 1, 114380). A review fee of$375 is required at the time of submittal. <br /> B. Prior to issuance of building permit(s), the applicant shall contact Adrienne Ellsaesser, Program <br /> Coordinator, Registered Environmental Health Specialist, at (209) 468-0343, concerning any <br /> additional requirements for a small public water system (PA-1300190). <br /> C. A permit for the expansion of the market will require an underground storage tank (UST) <br /> Retrofit or Repair permit from San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> any work being performed. <br /> D. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged <br /> to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. A registered <br /> engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground holding system <br /> must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may <br /> be obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A $250 plan check fee is required at <br /> the time of submittal. <br /> E. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental <br /> Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br />
