In addition, the projects is designed to comply with the <br /> following San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> Requirements : <br /> • Setbacks : No excavation shall take place within <br /> twenty-five (25) feet of any property line or right of way <br /> (nor within the allowed slopes adjacent to said twenty-five <br /> (25) foot setback) , unless the elevation prior to <br /> excavation is more than that of the abutting property, in <br /> which case the elevation within said twenty-five (25) foot <br /> setback shall at no time be less than that of the abutting <br /> property, at the property line . <br /> Slopes : Slopes above the water table (the area out of <br /> the water) to the bottom of the excavation (the area under <br /> water) will not exceed 2 feet horizontal to 1 foot <br /> vertical . This complies with county requirements. No slopes <br /> over 50 feet in height above the water level will be <br /> created, therefore no terracing will be required per county <br /> requirements . No interim or Fill Slopes are proposed. No <br /> Temporary Cut Slopes at Setback Lines are proposed. The <br /> contour created by the excavation will be the final contour <br /> required in the reclamation plan. Cuts will not create <br /> interim slopes that need backfilling during reclamation. <br /> The final contour will be created as the excavation <br /> progresses . <br /> • Water Disposal : All material will be processed at the <br /> existing processing plant . There will be no change in the <br /> way water is utilized in the plant operation. <br /> • Stockpiling: Stockpiled soil or material will not be <br /> stored within 25 feet of a property boundary. <br /> • Roads and Dust: Private roads involved in the <br /> excavation shall be maintained with frequent watering or <br /> other dust control measures so as to control the creation <br /> of dust. The first 100 feet of any private road on the <br /> property which intersects with a publicly maintained road <br /> (Mossdale Road) has been surfaced in a manner approved by <br /> the San Joaquin County Public Works department. Brown Sand <br /> will continue to operate under all existing San Joaquin <br /> Valley Air Pollution Control District permits . The <br /> placement, size and wording of traffic control and warning <br /> signs has been approved by the San Joaquin County Public <br /> Works department for the existing Brown Sand quarry. <br />
