If the testing <br /> reveals contamination, the regulatory <br /> agencies shall be contacted, any <br /> recommendations by the experts shall be <br /> implemented, and regulating agency shall <br /> identify "no further action" before project <br /> construction. <br /> Other potential existing sources of <br /> contamination (i.e., septic systems, refuse <br /> piles, waste ponds,electrical transformers <br /> containing PCBs)on the project site and off- <br /> site infrastructure sites shall be identified and <br /> removed under the supervision of qualified <br /> hazardous materials experts and in <br /> B accordance with applicable regulations <br /> obefore construction.The applicant shall <br /> a demonstrate to the County Environmental <br /> = Health Department that the above has taken <br /> ^ place before issuance of building permits. If <br /> 0 9 the experts observe potential soil <br /> e contamination or noxious odors associated <br /> G <br /> co with these facilities, the soils underlying these <br /> facilities shall be sampled and tested by the <br /> experts. If the testing reveals contamination, <br />
