DTSC's EnviroStor database includes Federal Superfund sites, State response <br /> sites, voluntary cleanup sites, school cleanup sites, corrective action sites, and <br /> permitted hazardous waste facilities. <br /> Live Oak searched both databases on June 2, 2015 for any listed sites within <br /> one-quarter mile of the Site. The subject Site was not listed on either database, <br /> and no additional facilities were identified within one-quarter mile of the Site. <br /> 7.2 Environmental Health Department Databases <br /> Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br /> Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List dated June 18, 2014, as well as <br /> the Hazardous Materials, Hazardous Waste Generators, Underground Storage <br /> Tanks, Aboveground Storage Tanks, Site Mitigation FA, Site Mitigation RO, and <br /> Local Oversight Program lists dated October 2014, for facilities of concern within <br /> one-quarter mile of the Site. No facilities were identified within the search radius. <br /> Live Oak searched the San Joaquin County Haz Mat Viewer on June 2, 2015 for <br /> the Site and nearby facilities with hazardous materials inventories. The Site was <br /> not identified as a hazardous materials handler, and no hazardous materials <br /> handlers were identified within one-quarter mile of the Site. <br /> Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br /> Water Well Data Table dated March 10, 2009 for nearby addresses that have <br /> been tested for nitrate and dibromochloropropane (DBCP). Three wells were <br /> identified at addresses within approximately one mile of the subject Site. Nitrate <br /> was detected in all of the wells at concentrations ranging from 11.0 to 32.0 mg/L. <br /> DBCP was not detected in any of the wells. The Maximum Contaminant Level <br /> (MCL) set by the US EPA for nitrate as NO3 is 45 ppm. The MCL for DBCP is <br /> 0.2 µg/L. <br /> 7.3 Agricultural Commissioner's Records <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted <br /> regarding agricultural use of the site. Chemical application records were <br /> identified under the name of Van Groningen & Sons. A variety of agricultural <br /> chemicals were applied to the Site from 2012 through the present, as indicated <br /> on the attached pages in Appendix 6.
