Issuance of the permit will not be significantly detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or be <br /> injurious to the property or improvements of adjacent properties. <br /> s <br /> • This finding can be made because the project will not be significantly detrimental to public <br /> health, safety or welfare. The parcel is of adequate size to provide for all necessary <br /> parking, maneuvering and storage areas. All activities are to be conducted within the <br /> confines of the project site and are not expected to be injurious to adjacent properties. <br /> 5. The use is compatible with adjoining land uses. <br /> • This finding can be made because it is adjacent to parcels to the north, south, east and west <br /> that are zoned agriculturally (AL-5) with residential development.
