d. Construction of individual sewage disposal systems under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the findings of the <br /> Soil Suitability Study. (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> e. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit, or excavation under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Department. (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> f. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1115.4[3]) by installing a cement surface seal around the well casing to <br /> sufficiently protect the well casing and the integrity of the well grout. <br /> g. The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code requirements shall be <br /> applicable and incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Community <br /> Development Department for a building permit: <br /> (1) Fire flow and hydrants shall be provided for the proposed project by the use of the following: <br /> A. Appendix III-A and III-B of the California Fire Code <br /> B.
