d. Construction of individual sewage disposal systems under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the findings of the <br /> Soil Suitability Study. (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> e. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit, or excavation under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Department.
