JACK TONE ROAD, LODI) <br /> This project is a Zone Reclassification to rezone a 50,632 square foot parcel from <br /> Commercial Crossroads (C-X) to Limited Agriculture-5 acre minimum (AL-5) for <br /> the creation of new lots. The General Plan designation of this site is Limited <br /> Agriculture (A/L). <br /> The project is located on the southwest corner of E. Harney Lane and N. Jack <br /> Tone Road, Lodi. <br /> Background <br /> On March 13, 1969, the Board of Zoning Adjustment approved Use Permit <br /> application UP-4682 for the expansion of a non-conforming bar in a GA-5 zone <br /> on this parcel. <br /> On November 30, 1972, the Board of Supervisors denied, without prejudice, the <br /> appeal of S. Marno Couch and denied, without prejudice, Use Permit U-73-83 for <br /> the expansion of a grocery store and the addition of an upstairs living quarters. <br /> On June 30, 1977 the Board of Supervisors approved Reclassification Petition Z- <br /> 77-61 of San Joaquin County to reclassify this parcel from GA-5 (General <br /> Agriculture-5 acre minimum) to C-RC (Commercial-Rural Center) <br /> On July 29, 1992, the parcel was rezoned from C-RC to C-X with the adoption of <br /> the General Plan 2010 and countywide zoning update. <br />
