On June 28, 1991 , a demolition permit for a gas station was issued. All structures
were removed.
There are currently no structures on the property.
Approval Process
To approve a Zone Reclassification, the Board of Supervisors shall determine
that the following statements are true: (a) The proposed zone district is
consistent with the General Plan, any applicable Master Plan, and any applicable
Specific Plan, and (b) the proposed zone district is reasonable and beneficial at
the time. (Development Title Section 9-812.4) If the application is approved, the
applicant may then submit a building permit for the construction of a single-family
residence.
Bases for Zone Reclassification
The proposed zone district is consistent with the General Plan, any applicable
Master plan, and any applicable Specific Plan.
• This determination can be made because the proposed AL-5 zone is
a consistent implementing zone for the A/L General Plan
designation.
The proposed zone district is reasonable and beneficial at the time.
• This determination can be made because the surrounding area is
currently zoned AL-5. This project meets all General Plan density
requirements for the AIL designation. The underlying project for the
Zone Reclassification is for the construction of a single-family
residence, which is a permitted use in the AL-5 zone.
Infrastructure Requirements
Wastewater Treatment
Parcels in Agricultural areas may be served by a septic system.
