(C/O <br /> Munn & Perkins)—Additional Conditions of Approval <br /> The Community Development Department received a letter (attached)from the <br /> California Regional Quality Control Board on August 25, 2005, after the Staff Report to <br /> the Planning Commission was prepared. The Community Development Department <br /> recommends that the following Conditions of Approval, taken from the California <br /> a. Regional Quality Control Board letter, be added to the Conditions of Approval for the <br /> above referenced application. <br /> 4. CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD Staff Contact: Timothy <br /> O'Brien. (916-464-3291) <br /> a. The project proponent shall submit a Report of Waste Discharge (RWD). <br /> b. A National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES)General Permit for Storm <br /> Water Discharges Associated with Construction Activities, Order No. 99-28-DWQ is <br /> required. <br /> c. The property owner needs to obtain permit coverage under the NPDES General Permit <br /> No. CAS000002 for Discharges of Storm Water Associated With Construction <br /> Activity. <br /> (1) Before construction begins, the proponent must submit an NOI to comply with the <br /> permit to the State Water Resources Control Board and a Stormwater Pollution <br /> Plan (SWPPP)must be prepared. <br /> d. Compliance with the NPDES General Permit No. CAS000001 for Discharges of Storm <br /> Water Associated With Industrial Activities may be required. <br /> (1) In order to obtain coverage by the General Permit, the proponent must submit a <br /> a Notice of Intent(NOI) to comply with the permit to the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board and an SW PPP must be prepared. <br />
