Remove manure from the premises every seven days, or <br /> provide a manure management plan that is approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> b. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance 1062, Section 5-4100). Eliminate the cross <br /> connection from the well to the standpipe, or provide an anti-siphon device on the <br /> discharge line from the well. <br /> 4. SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT: <br /> a. No standing water shall be allowed on the site proposed to hold chickens. <br /> b. The manure storage shall be managed so that flies and mosquitoes cannot breed. All <br /> manure shall be stored so that surface water is not contaminated. Surface waterways <br /> such as Paddy Creek and Bear Creek shall be protected from contamination at all times. <br /> 5. AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT: <br /> a. The District's dust mitigation measures shall be complied with during on-site construction. <br /> 6. MOKELUMNE FIRE DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. The project shall conform with the Uniform Fire Code and Standards. <br /> b. The project shal conform with the National Fire Protection Association Standards, rf <br /> applicable. <br /> C. The project shall conforn with the San Joaquin County Fire Sprinkler Ordinance, 'rf <br /> applicable. <br /> d. Provide a Fire Department access road as required by San Joaquin County Public Works <br /> Standards. <br />
