Item No. 3 <br /> PC: 8-20-92 <br /> SA-9234 <br /> Page 5 <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval must be fulfilled prior to the establishment of <br /> the use and the Issuance of any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire within 18 months of the date of approval unless (1) all Condttlons of <br /> Approval have been compiled with, (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain <br /> In force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on <br /> Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. This approval is for a chicken ranch for a maximum of 1,000 meat-bird chickens. <br /> b. One copy of the Improvement Plan must be submitted to the Development Services <br /> Division for circulation to County departments. An Improvement Plan fee will be required <br /> at the time of submittal. <br /> C. All animal enclosures shall be maintained free from litter, garbage, and excessive <br /> accumulation of manure. The premises shall be maintained in a neat and sanitary <br /> manner. (Planning Title Section 93234(e)(2)(A)) <br /> d. Chickens shall be kept or maintained a minimum distance of 100 feet from the nearest <br /> property line. (Planning Title Section 93234(d)) <br /> e. The fence that encloses the area for the chickens shall be maintained and kept in good <br /> repair. <br /> f. No butchering of chickens shall be permitted on the site. <br /> g. There shall be no retail sale of chickens on the site. <br /> h. Three parking spaces shall be required. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. (Streets <br /> and Highway Title Section 10.3103) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES (Environmental Health Division): <br /> a Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed, and <br /> transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> 2887, Section 5-2400.
