7.3 Office of Emergency Services Databases <br /> r <br /> The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) Hazardous Materials <br /> Management Program (HMMP) Compliance Website was searched on November 29, <br /> 2012. One record was found for Verizon Wireless at the Site address of 15100 South <br /> Jack Tone Road. Verizon Wireless reportedly stores lead acid batteries and diesel fuel <br /> at its facility. Based on current aerial imagery and the permit for geotechnical borings <br /> reviewed (Section 6.1), it appears that the Verizon faciliy is located north of Lone Tree <br /> Road, off the Site. No records were identified for the other Site addresses. <br /> 7.4 Agricultural Commissioner's Records <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted regarding <br /> agricultural use of the site. Chemical use reports were not available as of the date of <br /> this report; they will be submitted as an addendum to this report as soon as they are <br /> received. <br /> 7.5 Department of Oil. Gas, and Geothermal Resources Maas <br /> The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) Online <br /> Mapping System (DOMS) was queried on November 29, 2012 for mapped oil or gas <br /> wells within one-quarter mile of the subject Site. No wells were identified within the <br /> search area. <br /> 7.6 National Pipeline Mapping System Database <br /> Live Oak reviewed the National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS) database on <br /> November 29, 2012 for evidence of hazardous materials pipelines within one-quarter <br /> mile of the Site. No pipelines were identified within the search area. Local pipelines <br /> which are not mapped by the NPMS may be present. <br /> LOGE 1225 Page 6 <br />
