It is authorized for use only by the client and the EHD, and for a maximum time period of six months from its date of completion. The standard of care employed is typical for this type of report. Live Oak does not represent that all existing or potential contamination has been identified, although an attempt has been made to identify typical contamination sources. The SSCR is a document specific to the San Joaquin County Development Title, §9-905.12; it is not equivalent to a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), does not comply with ASTM E 1527, cannot be used to provide Landowner Liability Protections under CERCLA, and does not claim to identify "recognized environmental conditions." Any interested parties are advised to obtain a Phase I ESA before making decisions related to the presence or absence of recognized environmental conditions on the Site. This report is not to be used to determine compliance with local, State, or Federal requirements, including but not limited to water quality, septic system performance, waste discharge, and hazardous materials handling. This report relies on many sources; Live Oak cannot warrant the accuracy or completeness of information provided by those sources. Furthermore, no sample collection and analysis has been performed as part of this report; without soil and groundwater analysis, all conclusions of this report should be considered professional opinion, not scientific certainty.
