She has worked in the environmental field since 2002. Ms. Racco was a <br /> California Registered Environmental Assessor (REA) in good standing prior to the July <br /> 2012 closure of the California Department of Toxic Substances Control's REA program. <br /> She has received 40 hours training in Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency <br /> Response. <br /> David Welch is a California Professional Engineering Geologist, Hydrogeologist, and <br /> Geophysicist. He received a bachelor's degree in geology from the University of the <br /> Pacific and a master's degree in geology from San Jose State University. He has <br /> worked in the engineering geology, environmental, and geophysical fields since 1990. <br /> In addition to environmental and geologic investigations, Mr. Welch's extensive work <br /> _ experience includes geophysical exploration for groundwater, oil, and gas. <br /> Ms. Racco and Mr. Welch founded Live Oak GeoEnvironmental, Inc. in 2009. <br /> LOGE 1225 Page 10 <br />
