If the <br /> Capital Facility Fee is applicable, the County shall collect the fees before the issuance of any <br /> building permits. (Development Title Section 9-1245.2) <br /> d SCREENING: The solar arrays and all storage materials and related activities, including <br /> storage areas for trash, shall be enclosed by a screen six (6) to eight(8)feet in height. Items <br /> stored within one hundred (100) feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be <br /> stacked higher than two (2) feet above the adjacent screen. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1022.4[e][2][A]) <br /> e REMOVAL OF FACILITIES: Freestanding structures, solar arrays, and supporting <br /> equipment associated with photovoltaic electric generation shall be removed by the provider <br /> of such facilities and the site restored to its pre-construction state if said facilities have not <br /> been operational or used for a period of six (6) consecutive months. Removal and site <br /> restoration shall be completed within ninety (90) days of the end of said six (6) month period. <br /> f BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following California Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction <br /> plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (A) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance(C.C.R.,Title 24). <br /> (B) Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the "tow away" sign at <br /> each entrance or visible from each space(C.C.R.,Title 24). <br /> (C) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch per foot(C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (D) Provide one van parking space. <br /> (2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements(C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> 2.
