The project site will include a <br /> switchyard to connect the existing transmission lines to the ground-mount Units and is located on the <br /> east side of Jack Tone Road approximately one-quarter mile south of Victor Road,east of the Lodi. <br /> (Supervisorial District 4) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: John W. Stanley Trust Etai APPLICANT: Bear Creek Solar,LLC <br /> ADDRESS: 17016 N.Jack Tone Road, Lodi APN: 053-030-46 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is Hot currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Jack Tone Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Equipment and materials shall not be stored along County right-of-way during construction. <br /> 2. All necessary traffic control plans for mobilizing construction equipment shall be submitted to and approved <br /> by the County prior to beginning of construction. <br /> 3. An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right-of-way.
