The driveway approach shall be unproved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Improvement Standards Drawing No.R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 5. Tile Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. Tire fee is due and payable at the <br /> thne of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted Judy 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.(Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 6. The Regional Transportation hnpact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application.The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 7. Copy of final site plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 8. The developer shall provide drainage facilities and meet the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards to prevent the increased runoff release rate of storm water from discharging onto <br /> other properties and to prevent offsite sediment transport. Retention basins shall be fenced with six(6) foot <br /> high chain link fence or equal when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more. Required retention basin <br /> capacity shall be calculated and submitted along with a drainage plan for review and approval,prior to release <br /> of building permit.(Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> 9. Prepare and implement a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan(SWPPP)meeting the requirements of the <br /> State Water Resources Control Board(SWRCB).Applicant shall file a Notice of Intent(NOI)with the <br /> SWRCB and comply with the State"General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated with <br /> Construction Activity".The Waste Discharge Identification Number(WDID), issued by SWRCB,shall be <br /> submitted to Public Works for file.Permit Registration Documents(PRD)shall be filed with the SWRCB. A <br /> copy of the approved SWPPP and all required records,updates, test results and inspection reports shall be <br /> maintained on the construction site and be available for review upon request. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito&Vector Control District(209- <br /> 982-4675)and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of mosquitoes. Best Management <br /> Practices(BMP)guidelines for stornrwater devices,ponds and wetlands are available. <br /> (ii.)
