REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> (Revised December 21, 1992) <br /> GEORGE AND GARY GRUBE <br /> GX-90-0004 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and <br /> Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to beginning <br /> the excavation. The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to this project. Other ordinance <br /> Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements are not <br /> appealable. <br /> 1. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> (a) The excavation plan shall be submitted to the Department <br /> of Public Works for approval. <br /> (b) Dedications, improvements, and permits shall be as <br /> required by South San Joaquin Irrigation District along <br /> the pipeline. <br /> (c) Permission to use the haul road shall be required from <br /> all property owners involved. <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> (a) The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division as follows: <br /> The irrigation well and pump are in a pit. <br /> Well casing and sanitary seal must be raised <br /> to not less than twelve inches (1211 ) above <br /> ground level and a concrete surface seal <br /> constructed around well casing. <br /> (b) No excavation is permitted into the ground water table <br /> without specific approval from the Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board, Central Valley Region. <br /> (c) The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited <br /> into any water course nor in any way contribute to the <br /> pollution thereof. <br /> (d) Provide an approved potable water supply for all <br /> employees. <br /> (e) Provide approved sanitary facilities for all employees. <br /> 3 . SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT <br /> (a) If easements for District facilities do not exist, the <br /> developer shall grant easements of sufficient width for <br /> the existing pipeline (D.D. ) and open ditch (Lateral <br />
