The remainder shall be designated as "Designated Remainder" on the Parcel Map. (Subdivision <br />Map Act Section 66445) <br />All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br />t <br />(i.) Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one (1) acre of soil shall require a State <br />NPDES construction permit. Dischargers whose_ projects disturb 1 or more acres of soil or whose projects <br />disturb less than 1 acre of soil and is not part of a larger common plan of development, are required to <br />obtain coverage under the current General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with <br />Construction Activity (www.swrcb.ca.gov/stormwtr/gen_const.html#const_permit). Construction activity <br />subject to this permit includes clearing, grading and disturbances to the ground such as stockpiling, or <br />excavation, but does not include regular maintenance activities performed to restore the original line, <br />grade, or capacity of the facility. <br />(ii.) All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of permit <br />issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements (Title 9, Chapter 9-1605) <br />and all requirements of the State of California (CCR Title 23) that are in force at the time of permit <br />issuance.
