The: owner shall execute the necessary documents and agreements to provide for the <br />abandonment of service and the removal of irrigation structures for those parcels which <br />will not continue to receive irrigation water. With regard to the "re -parceling" it should <br />be noted that it is the responsibility of the individuals involved and not the District to <br />pro vide for private irrigation facilities and easements, should it be determined that a need <br />e>J.-,ts for irrigation service to new parcels. <br />2. if irrigation service is to continue to the newly created parcels the owner shall conform <br />to the following requirements: <br />MAIN OFFICE: <br />a, Dedicate a private irrigation easement to the benefit of all parcels which do not have <br />11011 E.
