The: owner shall execute the necessary documents and agreements to provide for the <br />abandonment of service and the removal of irrigation structures for those parcels which <br />will not continue to receive irrigation water. With regard to the "re -parceling" it should <br />be noted that it is the responsibility of the individuals involved and not the District to <br />pro vide for private irrigation facilities and easements, should it be determined that a need <br />e>J.-,ts for irrigation service to new parcels. <br />2. if irrigation service is to continue to the newly created parcels the owner shall conform <br />to the following requirements: <br />MAIN OFFICE: <br />a, Dedicate a private irrigation easement to the benefit of all parcels which do not have <br />11011 E. Highway 120 <br />Manteca, CA 95336 <br />access to water and show said easement on map. If the easement cannot be dedicated <br />PO Box 741 <br />with the map a note may be placed on the map adjacent to the proposed easement <br />Ripon, CA 95366 <br />stating that "a minimum 20 foot wide private irrigation easement shall be conveyed <br />tel 209,249.4600 <br />across said parcel at the time of conveyance or transfer to new owners.
