Obtain a structure permit for new service structure connections to District facilities <br />which are necessary to provide service to the new parcels. <br />The design strength and diameter of the proposed private pipelines and structures <br />shall be adequate to handle standard delivery heads or flows for that area. <br />If a recorded map is not required, the above stated conditions shall be recorded in <br />conjunction with the recording of deeds for the newly created parcels. <br />3 Th.u-o--wner-hall-giant easements-ofsufficient-wvidth-for_all_District_facilide&-whicla.rnay <br />exist on subject property to serve as a replacement for any prescriptive and/or uixrecorded <br />casements that are present. All existing recorded or newly dedicated District easements <br />shall be shown and identified on the survey map prior to its recording. If a map is not <br />required, easements shall be recorded by separate instrument concurrent with the <br />recordatioxl of new deeds. <br />4. Owner shall obtain an Encroachment Permit from District for fencing or any other <br />proposed encroachments of District easements resulting from the proposed parcel split. <br />Owner shall provide District with unrestricted access to its pipeline and control structures. <br />5. If a proposed homesite or building area is lower than adjacent irrigated property, a <br />perrnantmt berm or ditch will need to be constructed around the homesite parcel or <br />building, site, to prevent accidental flooding from irrigation water. Property owner shall <br />either verify field elevations or submit a written statement to District indicating that <br />property in question is not subject to flooding from adjacent irrigated property or <br />pipelines. Likewise, owner shall provide the District with a written statement or <br />e planation if any of the above stated conditions do not pertain to the situation involving <br />the proposed minor subdivision. <br />6.
