If a proposed homesite or building area is lower than adjacent irrigated property, a perrnantmt berm or ditch will need to be constructed around the homesite parcel or building, site, to prevent accidental flooding from irrigation water. Property owner shall either verify field elevations or submit a written statement to District indicating that property in question is not subject to flooding from adjacent irrigated property or pipelines. Likewise, owner shall provide the District with a written statement or e planation if any of the above stated conditions do not pertain to the situation involving the proposed minor subdivision. 6. A copy of the survey map, if required, shall be provided to the District Engineeriag Department for review to ensure that the above conditions have been satisfied.
