(DISTRICT 4) . <br /> APPLICANT: Ryan Voorhees APN: 007-270-25 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the <br /> existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineates flood risks, flcodplains , and floodway <br /> areas, are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being <br /> conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, <br /> Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 942!9, telephone <br /> (415) 923 -7186 . The reevaluation may delineate additional flood <br /> risks . The official flood maps are available for review at the <br /> Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. <br /> These flood maps will be updated when the reevaluation process is <br /> completed. <br /> Jahant Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. The private road (Future <br /> Graham Road) has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 50 feet . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 .4) <br /> 2 . The private road (Future Graham Road) from Jahant Road shall be <br /> improved in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Fire <br /> Code Section 10 . 207, San Joaauin County Standards F-la, F-1b and <br /> F-lc and the Liberty Fire District prior to issuance of the <br /> occupancy permit . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150 . 16 (b) (2) ) <br />
