n r) <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1/ 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of three parcels located at 23800 N. Jack Tone Rd., <br /> Acampo, California. The project is in a farming community and is surrounded by agricultural <br /> I land. It is zoned AG-40. The project parcel number is APN 021-050-09. There are 3 homes, 2 <br /> mobile homes, and a retired dairy on site. <br /> 1.2 Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to create four parcels <br /> from three existing parcels. <br /> 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix). <br /> All 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix). <br /> l <br /> 2.0 PAST PRESENT AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 The present owner, Joe Silva, has owned the property for more than 20 years. The past use <br /> of this propertyzX4jLdaiDLfAM but has been retired for some time using the open land for <br /> occasional grazing an raising corn. Future use of the four parcels being created will be for <br /> homesite purposes and continued agricultural land. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The purpose of this project is to create <br /> four homesite parcels from three existing parcels. Once the parcels are developed for homes, <br /> septic systems will be required and built based on the San Joaquin County requirements. There <br /> is currently four existing septic systems on these parcels. Permits were researched and illustrate <br /> this fact. <br /> 41 <br /> 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed permits for this <br /> parcel. <br /> l _ <br /> 3.3 Discussion of on-site septic repair history: No history of septic repair was found. <br /> ,i- <br /> ,-'3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br /> general area consist of what seem to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage <br /> pits. (See permits in appendix). There have not been any failures noted in the permits <br /> - researched. <br /> A�3.5 General Area Septic Permit History: In researching permits for septic systems and San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general <br /> :. area range in ages from 1972 to 1999. Copies of permits are in appendix. <br /> 3.6 Discussion of General Area Septic Tank Repair History: Repair history of the septic <br /> tanks in this area reveals that the leach lines and seepage pits have resulted in consistent unerring <br /> fi performance.
