The General Plan designation of this site is General Agriculture <br /> (A/G)• <br /> The project is located at the northwest corner of Jack Tone Road and State <br /> Route Highway 4, southeast of Stockton. <br /> Existing uses of the parcel include an 800 square foot pole barn on APN # 103- <br /> 240-16. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the project and offers the <br /> following comments: <br /> General Plan Policies Specific to Crossroads Commercial areas (General Plan Vol. <br /> I, pg. IV-28) <br /> Crossroads commercial areas may be permitted, with appropriate commercial zoning, in <br /> Limited and General Agriculture areas to offer a limited selection of convenience goods <br /> and services to rural areas outside communities.
