1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of one parcel totaling 170+1"acres, located at <br /> 500 N. Jack Tone Road, Stockton, California. The project is in a rural community and <br /> is zoned AG-40. The project parcel number is 105-040-15. <br /> Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to create a 2.0 cre <br /> Financing parcel, a.64,3r acre parcel, a 51.acre parcel and a Designated Remainder. parcel. 6 2 <br /> 1,5.E <br /> 1.2 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 1.3 Site Map: (See Appendix). <br /> l <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 The present owner, Henry Foppiano, has owned the property for 20+ years. The past and <br /> present use for the property has been used for agriculture and a packing shed. (Copies of permits are i appendix. <br /> 3.6 Discussion of General Area Septic Tank Repair History: Repair/addition history of the <br /> septic systems in this area reveals that the leach lines and seepage pits have resulted in consistent <br /> performance.
