Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 2. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees <br /> the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will <br /> be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. <br /> This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot <br /> contain any underground utility lines. (San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)) <br /> 3. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. (San <br /> Joaquin County Developr,ent Title Section 9-1115.3) <br /> 4. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals <br /> exceed 24 fir at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections <br /> exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system under the provisions <br /> of California Code of Regulations, Title 22 will be required by the Environmental <br /> Health Division and San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1120.2 and <br /> .-9-1115.9. <br /> A Di%isson of San ioa..um County Health Care Services <br />
