Kerry*Ilivan -2- J <br /> COADAUN1TY DEVELOPMENT <br /> PA-04-519 (SA) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $876.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of <br /> building designated as Warehouse in the Escalon area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) <br /> (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 4. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is$228.00 per 1,000 gross square <br /> foot of building designated as Warehouse. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each <br /> year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327,R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan, including site grading and drainage plans, shall be submitted prior to <br /> release of building permit. <br /> 6. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has met <br /> the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects.
