For each Phase,verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development <br /> has met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required <br /> upon submittal of verification. <br /> 5. The developer shall provide drainage facilities and meet the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards to prevent the increased runoff release rate of storm water from discharging onto <br /> other properties and to prevent offsite sediment transport. Retention basins shall be fenced with six(6)foot <br /> high chain link fence or equal when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more. Required retention basin <br /> capacity shall be calculated and submitted along with a drainage plan for review and approval,prior to release <br /> of building permit.(Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> 6. The construction phase of the proposed project shall follow best management practices as may be appropriate <br /> to minimize the discharge and transport of pollutants per Title 5-Division 10(Storm Water Management and <br /> Discharge Control)of the Ordinance Code of San Joaquin County. <br /> 7. A Central Valley Flood Protection Board Encroachment Permit shall be obtained for work done on the North <br /> Fork of the South Littlejohn Creek and within 30 feet of the top of its bank. <br /> 8. All new structures shall be prohibited within the Federal Emergency Management Agency's designated <br /> floodway of the North Fork of the South Littlejohns Creek,or within 30 feet from the top of banks of the <br /> North Fork of the South Littlejohns Creek,whichever is greater. <br /> 9. Prior to the issuance of any building permit,the developer shall make an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication <br /> (IOD)for an easement to the San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District for drainage <br /> and flood control purposes.Easement shall be dedicated in a form that is acceptable to the County and the <br /> limits shall contain the following: <br /> a. The portion of the North Fork of the South Littlejohns Creek channel that lies within the property, <br /> and <br /> b. A minimum of 50 feet measured at right angles landward from the top of bank of the North Fork of <br /> the South Littlejohns Creek that lies within the property,excluding existing structures. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito&Vector Control District(209- <br /> 982-4675)and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of mosquitoes. Best Management <br /> Practices(BMP)guidelines for stormwater devices,ponds and wetlands are available. <br /> (ii.)
