The 100 -year Flood Elevation will be <br />approximately 72-75 feet NAVD. <br />Jack Tone Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br />The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed.
