The project is located <br /> on the west side of Jacob Brack Road,1,350 feet north of the western terminus of Turner <br /> Road, west of Lodi. <br /> This item is scheduled to be heard by the Planning Commission on July 16, 1998, The <br /> Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Use Permit, and will be <br /> recommending that it be approved, subject to the following Recommended Conditions of <br /> Approval: <br /> Use Permit Application No 013-98=8 was approved by the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission on . The effective date of approval is . This approval <br /> will expire on , which is 18 months of the effective date of approval, unless <br /> (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits <br /> have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other <br /> agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> i <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and Ordinance requirements shall <br /> be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits, <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as Ordinance <br /> l requirements pertinent to this application.
