APNs : 011-150-12 and <br /> 011-090-03 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> A portion of the site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. The 100-year Flood <br /> Elevation will be approximately eight feet NGVD. <br /> Jacob Brack Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> 2 . The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements 'of San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to <br /> issuance of the occupancy permit . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 .5) <br /> I 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development . The fee is due and payable at the time of building <br /> permit application.
