A traffic study shall be prepared to determine the impacts and <br /> mitigation measures for the following: <br /> a. Turner Road off-ramps and on-ramps to Interstate 5 <br /> intersections . <br /> b. Project access . <br /> C. Turner Road and Thornton Road intersection. <br /> d. Jacob Brack Road, north of Turner Road. <br /> e. Truck movement from southbound Interstate 5 off-ramp to <br /> northbound Jacob Brack Road. <br /> The developer shall deposit funds with the County for all costs, <br /> as estimated by the Department of Public Works, Public Facilities <br /> Division, prior to Department of Public Works preparing or <br /> contracting for the required study. Any mitigations required by <br /> the traffic study shall be provided by the applicant . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.4) <br /> 5 . A copy of the Improvement Plan shall be submitted prior to release <br /> of building permit. <br /> 6 .
