d. DEDICATION: Dedication of a 30-foot-wide right-of-way from the centerline of Jahant <br /> Road to the property line shall be required across the frontage of APN: 007-060-47. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-860.4) <br /> e. A review fee of $156.00 is <br /> required at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or the EPA Design Manual for on-site waste water <br /> treatment and disposal systems is required for each parcel. A permit fee of $78.00 per <br /> percolation hole is required. <br /> b. EXISTING WELLS: The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemicals <br /> dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State approved laboratory. SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM: Construction of an individual sewage disposal system <br /> for Parcel 1, under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division, is required <br /> at the time of development. (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> d. PROPOSED WELL: Construction of an individual domestic water well for Parcel 1, under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division, is required at the time of <br /> development. (Development Title Section 9-1115.3) <br /> 4. COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the subdivider shall defend, <br /> indemnify, and hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or <br /> employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory <br /> agency, appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which action is <br /> brought within the time provided for in Section 66499.37 of the Government Code. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 2 - MS-95-9 <br />
