NOA specifically disclaims responsibility for any <br /> Punauthorized use of this report. <br /> 1• 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> ✓1.1 Description of Site <br /> L The subject property is located at 11230 East Jahant Road,southeast of the intersection of Jahant Road <br /> and Jahant Court in Acampo,California. The property consists of a rectangular,30-acre parcel (APN <br /> 007-380-11). One single-family residence and one shop are located at the northeast corner of the <br /> property; the remainder of the site consists of vineyard and fallow field where vineyard has been <br /> removed. <br /> L According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site, the subject <br /> property is zoned AL-5, limited agriculture with a minimum parcel size of 40 acres. This zoning <br /> designation"is intended to recognize and preserve areas that contain existing concentrations of small- <br /> scale agricultural operations and dwellings." <br /> Location maps of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A. Photographs of the <br /> Lsubject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. <br /> f <br /> / 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> A tentative map showing the proposed parcel division prepared by Quartaroli & Associates was <br /> provided to NOA by Mr.Gassner. According to this map,the property will be divided into six parcels <br /> L of approximately five acres each;the parcel division is depicted on the site map in Appendix A.
