SITE VISIT <br /> The site was visited on July 22, 2002 by permission of the owner. The driveway gate is normally <br /> locked. Arrangements can be made to have the gate open for inspection. The photographs show <br /> the horse barn(occupied,photo D),the horse training arena(photo A), the south portion of <br /> proposed parcel 2 (photo B) and the access to parcel 2 (photo C). The site was visited to: <br /> 1. Observe the entire parcel from front to back for physical features, fuel dumps, and any <br /> environmental conditions affecting the development of the property. <br /> 2. Enter outbuildings to check for indicators of chemical use or storage of fertilizers. <br /> 3. Observe area adjacent to site for any manufacturing or industrial operations. <br /> 4. Compare drainage on the ground to existing maps. <br /> 5. Visually locate any transmission lines. <br /> 6. Check area for dust, noise or noxious odors/fumes. <br /> RECORDS SEARCH/REGIONAL AND LOCAL <br /> The Underground Tank Site Mitigation Database List is maintained by the Environmental Health <br /> Department in San Joaquin County. A review of the list indicate no sites within 1/4 mile of the <br /> subject parcel. The Central Valley Water Quality Control Board, Site Cleanup List(3d Quarter) <br /> lists approximately 148 sites in San Joaquin County. None in proximity to the McKim site. The <br /> list is available at: www.swrcb.ca.gov/rwgcb5 <br /> LINES OF EQUAL DEPTH OF WATER WELLS <br /> The S. J. County Map, Lines of Equal Depth of Water Wells, Spring 1999 show an approximate <br /> depth of 120 feet. <br /> SUMMARY OF FINDINGS <br /> Our observations, inspections and research of presently available data have not identified any <br /> potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by land uses nor found any <br /> source of point or non point hazardous materials. No soil, air, or water samples were taken.
