Jahant Rd., Acampo <br />The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br />pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br />modified. <br />A. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface <br />contamination report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface <br />contamination caused by past or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of <br />non -point source of hazardous materials, including agricultural chemical residues, as well as <br />potential point sources, such as fuel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage <br />areas. The report shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department at time of <br />submittal of a tentative map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-905.12). <br />A review fee of $196.00 shall be paid at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br />Department. <br />NOTE: The Environmental Health Department has received a report dated March 2008, <br />that has been approved. <br />B. A soil suitability study shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department indicating <br />that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The study must be approved by the <br />Environmental Health Department prior to the recordation of Parcel Map or Certificate of <br />Compliance. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2 (d)). A review fee <br />of $196.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br />The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br />Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br />manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and <br />disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of $98.00 per percolation hole is <br />required. <br />C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br />(DBC P) and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior <br />to recordation of the Parcel Map or Certificate of Compliance. Samples are to be taken and <br />analyzed by a State -approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br />9-1115.7) . <br />
