Remainder shall be designated as "Designated Remainder" on the Parcel Map. <br />(Subdivision Map Act Section 66445) <br />3. For future development of "Designated Remainder" improvements shall be provided in accordance with the <br />adopted County development policies for "Division 11: Infrastructure Standards and Requirements" of the <br />San Joaquin County Development Title, and shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. <br />(Subdivision Map Act Section 66424.6) <br />4. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br />(Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br />5. The Federal and/or State flood zone boundaries shall be delineated on the Parcel Map. <br />6. All new structures, including poles and fences, shall be a minimum of twenty-five (25) feet from the bank <br />hinge point of Jahant Slough. <br />7. Any construction within the banks of Jahant Slough shall require a Watercourse Encroachment Permit <br />obtained from the San Joaquin County Flood Management Division. <br />8. If a Federal and/or State flood zone splits a parcel, the flood zones and structures, proposed and existing, <br />shall be delineated on a site plan, wet -stamped and signed by a licensed surveyor or civil engineer and <br />submitted to Flood Management Division before issuance of building permit. <br />9.
