The 100 -year Base Flood Elevation factors have not been determined. <br />Jahant Road has an existing variable right-of-way width and a planned right-of-way width of 50 -feet. <br />Lower Sacramento Road has an existing right-of-way width and a planned right-of-way width of 84 -feet. <br />The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed.
