Rick Griffin -2- <br />COMMiJNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />PA -07-523 (MS) <br />For future development of "Designated Remainder" improvements shall be provided in accordance with the <br />adopted County development policies for "Division 11: Infrastructure Standards and Requirements" of the <br />San Joaquin County Development Title, and shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. <br />(Subdivision Map Act Section 66424.6) <br />4. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br />Drainage from the improved portion of each parcel shall be retained on-site by a retention basin (18 - <br />inch maximum depth) and shall be noticed by a statement or the pond map. Drainage for each pond <br />shall be calculated by a registered civil engineer, an architect, or a licensed contractor, prior to <br />issuance of the Building Permit.
