The I00-year Flood Elevation will be approximately 34 feet NAVD. <br /> Bender Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed.
