PA-0200171 OF <br /> GARY AND JEANNE CAMPBELL <br /> The applicants have submitted the above referenced Site Approval Pre-Application for recycling <br /> and reuse of grapevines for"driftwood" for the pet industry. (Use Type: Agricultural Waste). <br /> The project is located on the south side of Jahant Road, 2,500 feet east of State Route 99, east <br /> of Collierville. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the pre-application and offers the <br /> following comments: <br /> Parking <br /> Development Title Section 9-1015.5(e) requires all parking spaces and maneuvering areas to <br /> be surfaced with asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete. The Agricultural Wastes use <br /> type requires 2.5 parking spaces per 1000 sq. ft. of building. Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.9 allows for the modification of the requirements of the chapter when due to the unusual <br /> nature of the development proposal the requirements of the chapter may be considered <br /> excessive or insufficient. <br /> Access <br /> Development Title Section 9-1015.5(h)(1) requires that access driveways have a width of no <br /> less than 25 feet for two-way traffic and 16 feet for one-way aisles. <br />
