Big= Any signs associated with the business will need to conform to Development Title Section 9- 1710.2(h). Screening The outdoor storage areas shall be screened so they are not visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. The screening must be six to seven feet in height. Noise Development Title Table 9-1025.9 requires that the noise generated by the project will not exceed an hourly equivalent sound level of 50 for the outdoor activity areas of residences. Building Permit A building permit will be required for the buildings associated with the project to bring the buildings into compliance with all current code requirements. The Site Plan required as part of the building permit process must be prepared by a civil engineer or licensed architect. Fire Code To bring the project into compliance with current Fire Code regulations the Fire Prevention Division has identified several requirements that are applicable to the proposed project. This includes fire sprinklers, fire extinguishers, Knox Boxes and provisions for fire flow and hydrants. ProiTrtt Description Provide a project description describing how the operation will work. The project description at a minimum should explain how often trucks come to drop off and pick up the product, the size of the tumbler, how much noise it makes and where the product is stored. Site Plan A revised Site Plan is required to be submitted with the full application. The Site Plan must show the following: • A vicinity map showing the location of the property in relation to surrounding properties. • The square footage of buildings on the Site Plan. • Building setbacks from property lines. i • The dimension, surfacing material and location of driveways and parking areas. • The number and size of parking spaces.
