B ficin .ca i . -nc _ <br /> The applicant shall secure a business license prior to the initiation of the use. <br /> Big= <br /> Any signs associated with the business will need to conform to Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1710.2(h). <br /> Screening <br /> The outdoor storage areas shall be screened so they are not visible from adjacent properties <br /> and public rights-of-way. The screening must be six to seven feet in height. <br /> Noise <br /> Development Title Table 9-1025.9 requires that the noise generated by the project will not <br /> exceed an hourly equivalent sound level of 50 for the outdoor activity areas of residences. <br /> Building Permit <br /> A building permit will be required for the buildings associated with the project to bring the <br /> buildings into compliance with all current code requirements. The Site Plan required as part of <br /> the building permit process must be prepared by a civil engineer or licensed architect. <br /> Fire Code <br /> To bring the project into compliance with current Fire Code regulations the Fire Prevention <br /> Division has identified several requirements that are applicable to the proposed project. This <br /> includes fire sprinklers, fire extinguishers, Knox Boxes and provisions for fire flow and hydrants. <br /> ProiTrtt Description <br /> Provide a project description describing how the operation will work. The project description at <br /> a minimum should explain how often trucks come to drop off and pick up the product, the size <br /> of the tumbler, how much noise it makes and where the product is stored. <br /> Site Plan <br /> A revised Site Plan is required to be submitted with the full application. The Site Plan must <br /> show the following: <br /> • A vicinity map showing the location of the property in relation to surrounding properties. <br /> • The square footage of buildings on the Site Plan. <br /> • Building setbacks from property lines. i <br /> • The dimension, surfacing material and location of driveways and parking areas. <br /> • The number and size of parking spaces. <br />
