AMENDED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SU-92-14 (Tract No. 2576) <br /> Max & Joan Lee <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be complied with prior to the approval <br /> of the Final Map. <br /> This approval will expire three (3) years from the date of approval unless (1) all Conditions of <br /> Approval have been complied with and (2) A Final Map has been filed with and accepted by the <br /> Surveyor's Division. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on <br /> Ordinance requirements. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. The minimum lot size shall be five acres, gross. (Section 9-610.2 of the Development <br /> Title) <br /> b. The minimum lot width shall be 150 feet (Section 9-610.2 of the Development Title) <br /> C. All street names shall be approved by the Director. <br /> d. The Final Map shall reflect the parcel configuration approved by Lot Line Adjustment <br /> Application No. LA-92-56. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. All improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement Standards and <br /> Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications <br /> must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to <br /> approval of the Final Map. (Development Title Section 9-910.2) <br /> b. If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior to the approval of the Final <br /> Map, the subdivider shall execute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin to <br /> ensure the completion of improvements within one year after filing the Final Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1100.3) <br /> C. Hacienda Drive shall be dedicated and improved to County standards for a 50-foot-wide <br /> right-of-way rural road. Lot Line Adjustment LA-92-56 shall be finalized prior to approval <br /> of the Final Map. (Development Title Section 9-857.4) <br /> d. <br /> A drainage study shall be performed to determine upstream project site and downstream <br /> Amended Conditions - 1 - SU-92-14 <br />
